Open project. → [/works/hari-sans](/works/hari-sans) [See all work →](/works) --- ## How I Work I work on enterprise products where the problem is genuinely hard: workflows, integration, agents, and the seam where two kinds of user need opposite things from the same screen. I joined [Metastart](https://metastart.xyz) as the only designer, built the design system from nothing, and grew it into a four-person team. I now design the iPaaS and workflow builder at [UnifyApps](https://unifyapps.com) through [ICD](https://icdindia.com), where I own the automation surface end to end, plus the Changeset release flow that moves assets between environments. Along the way, NDA client work for Mercedes-Benz, Digital Dubai Authority, FAB Securities, Big Basket and Omantel. I understand business, technology, human psychology & AI to build solutions that hold up against all four. I preach Activity Centric Design — focus on what the user / the agent is trying to do, and design for that in a way that both entities can use it in their own distinct way. I have a keen taste, which is why I don't outsource thinking, only execution. That's where AI is good. Zero hallucinated components, and a frozen spec built clean on a different vendor's model. Then enterprise design outgrew what anyone had written down, and the strict rule that made it trustworthy started blocking legitimate work. I stopped rather than add an escape hatch, because an escape hatch isn't a loosening of the constraint, it's a deletion of it. → [/works/unify-design-system](/works/unify-design-system) - **Clause** — The same thesis again, harder: an agent that could only compose UI from components verifiably traced to real Figma nodes. Better engineered, identical ceiling.
